Because access is granted immediately and can't be returned, purchases are final and we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. What we do guarantee is delivery — see below.

We resend your download link, replace the file, or help you get it working — within one business day.
If a genuine delivery problem cannot be resolved, we refund you in full to your original payment method (via PayPal), usually within 5–10 business days.
These are covered at any time, not only within a short window after purchase.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, which handles the charge on our behalf. Your PayPal receipt shows UIXDraft and the amount paid. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Questions? Email hello@uixdraft.com.
