All course materials, templates, designs, code, and content available on UIXDraft are the intellectual property of UIXDraft. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use them as described in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
The course and templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will meet every specific requirement or be error-free. We are not responsible for how the course or templates are used after purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIXDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
