UIXDraft ("we", "us", "our") is a digital products store operating at www.uixdraft.com. We sell Universal Business OS: a Notion workspace template with n8n automation files, step-by-step PDF guides and document templates, for agency owners, freelancers and small businesses.

UIXDraft offers one one-time-payment product at /buy:
Commercial-use rights apply to whichever products you purchase (see Section 3). All products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods shipped.
The rights below apply to Universal Business OS and everything included with it.
This is a single-user license. Each purchase grants one individual the rights above.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through PayPal, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Purchase prices are one-time: Universal Business OS $200.00, with no subscription and no recurring charges. Invoices and order-related inquiries are handled by UIXDraft — contact us at hello@uixdraft.com.
After successful payment, you will be redirected to a download page with the Notion template link and a download of the guides and automation files. A link to that page is also emailed to you. If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us at hello@uixdraft.com within 48 hours.
Universal Business OS is a digital product delivered instantly after payment, so purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If your files are not delivered, a file is missing, or the download does not work, contact hello@uixdraft.com with your order number (or the email you paid with) and we will fix it within 24 hours. If a genuine delivery problem cannot be resolved, we will refund you in full to your original payment method (via PayPal).

All templates, guides, automation files, designs, code, and content available on UIXDraft are the intellectual property of UIXDraft. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use them as described in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
The workspace, guides and automations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will meet every specific requirement or be error-free. We are not responsible for how they are used after purchase. The automations rely on third-party services (such as Notion, n8n, Stripe, Telegram and Anthropic) whose own terms and fees apply.
Any results, income figures, or case studies referenced on this site reflect specific, individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will depend on factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions, and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIXDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You may also have additional rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
